Dr. V K ARORA

Directorate of Training and Technical Education (DTTE), Delhi Government has funded eleven colleges/ universities to start innovation & business incubation activities. Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women (IGDTUW) is one of them. IGDTUW has formed a Section 8 Company – ‘IGDTUW-Anveshan Foundation’ to involve all incubation related activities. Working with ‘IGDTUW-Anveshan Foundation’ as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on contractual basis from 24th January 2017. Mr. Hemang Vaidya

Dr VK Rai is Fellow, Institution of Engineers (India) and a Chartered Engineer. He is an alumnus of National Defence Academy, IIT Kharagpur and IIM Ahmedabad. He is also a recipient of Medal and citation by the Indian National Academy of Engineering, for work in the field of Innovative methods of Machinery Fault Diagnosis using Advanced Signal Processing. Dr Rai has dedicated over 27 years in the areas of Technology, Indigenisation, Innovation, Incubation & Entrepreneurship, Green Technology, Marine Engineering, Noise & Vibration, which includes nearly 22 years of Service (Indian Navy) along with Deputation with Ministry of Railways. He is a Marine Gas-Turbine Specialist with expertise in Underwater, Airborne, Structure Borne Noise, and has served in the Professional Directorates at Naval Headquarters handling various Gas Turbines indigenisation Programs & their life-cycle management, prior to seeking premature retirement. Dr Rai is an MTech & PhD, both from IIT Kharagpur, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from JBIMS, Mumbai University and Management Course from IIM Ahmedabad. He is certified vibration Analyst Cat II from Mobius Institute, Australia as well as ISO/ ASNT certified Level II Vibration Analyst.

Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Varshney

Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Varshney is Head of the International Scientific Cooperation in the Ministry / Department of Science & Technology, Government of India. He joined DST in 1990 and has been facilitating international scientific cooperation from the Department of Science & Technology with its bilateral, multilateral, and regional scientific partners. He is presently the Indian Co-Chair, Governing Body of the binational Indo-German Science & Technology Centre (IGSTC) and the binational U.S-India Science and Technology Endowment Fund (USISTEF); both promoting joint Industrial R&D, Board of Directors of a private limited company, Global Innovation & Technology Alliance (GITA) and is Member, Governing Council of the International Advanced Research Centre of Powder Metallurgy (ARCI).
